III Postcrossing Meetup in Galicia (Carballo)- Send us your postcards

A while ago, back in April 2016 we celebrated the I Postcrossing Meetup in Galicia in Ribeira. Some months later in the same year, we were happy to hold another meetup, the second one, in Cabana de Bergantiños.

We are now organizing third one in Carballo, a municipality in NW Galicia, half-way between Santiago and Coruña. It is easily reachable by bus from both cities and it is really worth a visit.

A while ago, we wrote a couple of entries about the gorgeous works of art you can see around town (read them here and here). Quite logically, street art is actually the topic chosen to articulate this meetup, therefore we would definitely be grateful if you chose a card depicting graffiti or urban art. If not possible, another postcard will be fine, of course, and you can use it to tell us about your perception of street art.

These questions could act as prompts and give you some ideas about what to write about: Have you ever been involved in creating graffiti or street art? Do you know any graffiti artist(s)? Have you ever taken a street art tour? Is graffiti always political?

Feel free to send us a postcard and we will send you back another one specifically designed for this occasion and signed by all attendees to the meetup.

Please, address your cards to:
